Hospital Decarbonisation Project

Multi-stage decarbonisation across a major Lower North Island hospital site. We replaced legacy gas-fired plant with high-efficiency heat pump systems, refit the central plant rooms, and commissioned the new controls alongside the engineering team. The job ran in occupied wards so coordination with clinical staff was the bigger challenge than the install itself — every shutdown was planned to the hour.
