Hospital Decarbonisation Project
Multi-stage decarbonisation across a major Lower North Island hospital site. Installed 700kW of new Carrier hot water heat pumps, connecting to existing heating systems. The job ran in occupied wards so coordination with clinical staff was the bigger challenge than the install itself. Every shutdown was planned to the hour.
